Artist's comment: "The need to create more specific work, which convinces me of its reason to exist, has influenced my research in the field of shapes and measurements. I would like to know what contributes to why and how. Being a woman I feel absolutely connected to the field of measurement. The biological cycle, pregnancy and its development, are all measured by time and proportion. Although my studies are inspired by nature, I do not ignore the progress of science. I’m looking for connections between the subjects I study and the human body. I present my creations on or inside objects whose dimensions belong to mass production and have been designed by taking under consideration the dimensions of the human body. Specially on objects whose proportions are related with the modular of Le Corbusier. The progress of contemporary design and the dimensions of the compact objects that surround us have influenced me. Thus my creations tend to follow these proportions."
