tosoma.org is a non-profit EBnefsi initiative concentrating on creating, promoting, and showcasing online based public art projects.
Our theory behind promoting online public art, is that the judgment process should also reflect the versatility of the audience of the internet.
The projects we set are organized by EBnefsi, and works are short listed by a panel consisting of established and emerging international professionals from a wide range of new media fields. Through this process, we aim to provide as fair as possible review of the works submitted, with the input of new as well as experienced opinions, from different sectors of the arts, technology, media, music and entertainment industries.

We aim to showcase the best of new talent worldwide. We search for daring, original and thought provoking work. We consider the internet a fresh platform for public art in which the possibilities are endless.
We aim to set a maximum of 4 projects per year, in order to keep the quality high. These projects vary from Net & Web Art to Photography to Performance to Video to Experimental Sound Projects, and who knows what else!
Sponsors: We believe that artists shouldn't work for free, and to support this ideology, where possible, we offer prizes to award winning works. We fund our prizes through sponsorships and advertise our sponsors on this website.
